My daughter and I were welcomed as walk-ins in the evening. Fortunately, the salon was empty, and you could tell they had a busy day. The techs were welcoming and polite. My daughters tech went above and beyond to provide her with a phenomenal experience and listened to all her concerns. They chit chatted about everything under the sun, and her nails came out just as she wanted. I do nails myself and will admit I'm a bit more difficult to service because I critic everything. The only two things I ask is "please don't leave me anything to pick at, and make sure there are no bubbles in my polish." My tech was very attentive, and I actually allowed her to do what she wanted instead of having a design in mind. My nails were different than what I'm used to. However, I loved the end result. Sadl

I had Asia on my hands and she did an amazing job, she was very gentle and kind. And my nails FIRE!!! Also the girl who did my feet was so friendly and kind. 💓💙🤍 P.s The wine they serve is delicious. I came about a month ago and got my nails done. So I decided to come again to get my nails done for my trip. The service was good but my overlay did not last long by the time of my flight the next day at 5:45am I had two chipped nails.

I wouldn’t recommend this shop. I got the $60 mani and pedi special. After my service I was charged $65 and I did not get any additional services to warrant the up-charge. This place promises a complimentary glass of wine. I was not offered that at all or even water. The shop overall was not the cleanest. And customer service was poor. As for my mani and pedi I was cut on several fingers and toes. No apology or general acknowledgment of cutting me. The color that I wanted wasn’t in stock either. Overall this place would be better if they stuck to their standardized pricing, improved the cleanliness of the shop, and corrected their customer service to provide a better experience.

I just had to leave a review because Saniya was amazing. She not only serviced me but my mom during the salons BOGO sale and I promise it was exactly what we needed. Everything from the atmosphere, to the wine, to it being Black owned was a turn ON! And the service we received matched the expectations we had. $43 for a pedicure smh this looks like my 6yr old did this. The only 10 was the wine and that’s it. She took an hour to do absolutely Nothing you can still see the dead skin on my toes. I didn’t even bother to get my nails done if my toes can’t even be done right. I have rough skin you can’t be gentle. I paid to show love but I’ll never be back this is a mess and I’m highly irritated.
