I didn’t know this was appointment only when I came to door old dude w dirty golds in his mouth came to door with attitude when I was just trying to ask how much is hair cuts I would not recommend to anybody don’t wast your time

First Impression: The Door Was Locked When I Arrived, Which Was Already Unexpected. I Walked In And It Was Just Me And The Owner. I Thought It Would Be A Good Experience Having An Owner Cut My Hair . While I Was In The Chair, He Spent Most Of The Time Talking About How He’s Selling The Business, Which Felt Strange For A First Visit. I Asked For A Simple Cut , And I Can Honestly Say He Did What He Wanted To Do. He Didn’t Even Try To Even It Out Instead He Pushed My Hairline And Backline Back. Honestly, I Left Feeling Let Down And Won’t Be Returning .

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! Customer Service!!! When making an appointment, he does not respond. And blames the customer stating he does not have to respond. He has a TERRIBLE attitude. He does not take accountability for his actions. At the rate he's going he won't be in business for long. Trust! You never know who knows who. You really need to humble yourself, especially when you reside at your place of business. Look at all his responses he's always on attack mode.

Booked an appointment online with Mr. Straight Razor for 12:30 7/31/25 due to him cutting my hair at the shop on Mallory Street in the past. I called to ask a simple question was He at the shop? He became very argumentative and rude over the phone. I canceled my appointment because I didn’t want to deal with his attitude. His attitude does not match his skills. It’s other barbers out here that is way better and professional. However he is not the one. Even your comments to the reviews says it all.

He was very disrespectful I see picture where he cut kids hair he said he don’t service children. He had an issue with my number being restricted, my number is restricted because for my safety We won’t be going to privacy. I just wanted to set an appointment for my son’s hair cut he was rude disrespectful unhinged and appalling. lol It’s OK though I did find another barber. Thank you so much. I dodged the bullet.
