I am new to the area and found this place doing a Google map search. I called to inquire about how much it cost for a wash and trim. He proceeded to go into this whole upselling dialogue call my he mentioned something about blow drying. I said that I did not need blow drying because it destroys my hair. After that he proceeded to tell me that perhaps I need to call other places and find somewhere else with menu pricing for "that sort of thing". Just because I know exactly what I want and it happens to be "simple", doesn't mean that I'm not good enough to Grace the presence of your shop. I should have been treated with the same respect as someone else's wanting to spend hundreds of dollars on fancier things, but instead you treated me less than and told me to move along.

I live in Arlington, VA and come the distance to get my hair done here. Dianna has been doing my hair (before COVID) and I'm back :-) When my hair was longer, I got the Keratin treatment. This time, my hair is shorter so I got the the Brazilian Blowout. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! The shop is lovely! The owner and all the hairstylists are extremely kind and welcoming! I will only go here to get my hair done :-)

Absolutely adore Mr. Alan and I'm looking forward to my appointment this January 21. Mr. Alan is one of the most talented and creative hair stylist that you're gonna find out here in the mountain Maryland area. His skill and artistic abilities are in my opinion one of a kind and can't be touched. He's is the hair guru!!!

Mr. Alan is a well seasoned hair artist. His studio atmosphere is friendly and casual. Great haircut each time.

Always feel refreshed and pampered after my appointment here! My hair looks fabulous.
