Shantel Anderson was amazing! The whole salon was nice, friendly, and clean. Last week, I decided that I wanted to cut my long hair to shoulder length. I had gone to another hair salon in Norman and experienced the worst customer service. From my understanding, the hairstylist had double booked herself however she was extremely rude, unfriendly, and made me feel as though it was my fault for her double booking herself. She was very aggressive when brushing and cutting my hair, the whole experience was so uncomfortable. She gave me a just a trim rather than an actual cut without clarifying with me on how much I wanted cut. On my way home, I had passed by Moxie Shop and just thought to give them a call to see if they had any availability as I just wanted to fix my hair. I was able to get a
