Caitlin burned my hair to a crisp. It seriously has so much damage I do not know how I’m going to heal it without shaving my hair completely off. I’m heartbroken to say the least and want to warn people so no one else has this horrible experience. Go literally anywhere else.

This review is long overdo! This salon space is so inviting, gorgeous, and filled with amazing women! I have the privilege of getting my hair done by Kelsey and words cannot describe the magic she performs! She has helped my postpartum hair grow with her extensive knowledge of hair extensions. When I was ready for a change she was so happy to do it with me! The hair health and integrity was always number one and now my hair is healthier than it has ever been and I credit her so much! A true gem, this salon and Kelsey. I always leave obsessed with my hair and so grateful I found them!🤍

I have been a client of Caitlin’s for almost two years and was thrilled to learn she was opening her own salon. I knew it would be exquisite and I was right. The atmosphere is clean, sophisticated and classic. I felt extremely safe, they were sanitizing and taking temperatures at entry. Caitlin and her team are the best at what they do and take extreme pride in their work. I always leave feeling amazing and loving my services. I moved to Sonoma County almost 3 years ago and needed a new stylist! I found Moxie and have been coming back ever since. Kelsey is my gal and is a pro in giving me the lived in look I love. Whether it’s been 4 months or 2, my grow out is always seamless. Kelsey has helped me achieve various stages of blonde but more recently we’ve delved into some darker shades. The salon is adorable and most importantly, stocked with snacks and beverages. Would (and have) recommend to a friend!

I've been seeing Kelsey at Moxie for 3 years now, and couldn't be happier! Such a cute space, and everyone is so professional, welcoming, and fun! I've gone through many different hair phases (short, long, extensions...) here and have left happy every single time. Even after moving to San Francisco, I still make the drive up to Windsor since the service will always be worth it!
