I've never had a better massage than the one I got today from Kat. It makes any other massage I've gotten seem to have been just for relaxation or pleasure not for function and relief, which is what I needed desperately. I feel painless for the first time in a while and I can't wait to return. I've already booked my husband a session because I trust he'll get the same relief I did.

Kat is a phenomenal massage therapist. Professional, personal, kind, and always goes above and beyond. Both my husband and I have been seeing her for a few years now and we’d recommend her to anyone.

Upon arrival I immediately felt at ease. First time client so we had a quick, but thorough conversation about my situation. The massage seemed to be over way to fast. Don't get me wrong, it was the time I paid for I just wish it lasted for hours. Kat was easy to talk to and seemed genuinely interested in helping me feel better. To top it off, she did something I’ve never had. A follow up text with friendly, personalized post-massage pointers for any soreness. Nice touch!

My husband actually booked Kat as an early anniversary surprise for me! I'm so glad he did. I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant and this massage was EXACTLY what I needed. Kat was able to identify and relieve all of my tension/trigger points. The only downside is that we're just passing through and I can't become a regular. If you're pregnant she has an amazing warming table and pregnacy pillow that comforms to your body to give you support and comfort! Book with Kat, you won't regret it!

Kat from Moving Hands is truly gifted with her work. I was experiencing stress from work/school and was pointed in Kat's direction by one of my yoga teachers. I have recently traveled to Southeast Asia and while knowing that I would not be able to find quite that experience in Syracuse, I was hoping for the best. Kat's massage/deep tissue work exceeded my expectations! Her space is clean, quiet, and welcoming. I started out with the new client special, but returned and purchased a package. She really cares about how her clients are feeling, if the work has set in well, if she is supplying the appropriate/deep amount of pressure that you need. She really cares and makes the experience individual to your body. My last massage was last week and I am already looking to schedule another one! Th
