I've been raving about Zoe to everyone! She is professional and knowledgeable and at the same time you feel like you are with a friend who cares very much about your well being. She let me know at the very start that she was trauma sensitive, which I appreciated. Throughout the experience, I felt the release of a lot of stored trauma and at the end I was refreshed and my mind felt clear and calm. My shallow stressed out breathing softened and I had realizations and some genuine clarity about the importance of self care and self love. Zoe was phenomenal and has healing hands! I highly recommend that you work with her. She listened, she helped me feel safe and calmed my entire body. I usually have weekly 1.5 hour deep tissue massages due to vigorous workload but a dear friend also recommended Zoe for what my body was feeling. Zoe barely touched my body with her healing hands and for the first time in many many years my body relaxed! So sorry for snoring.

The building is small but cozy and clean. The staff are professional and make you feel welcome and comfortable. The prices are more affordable/reasonable than lots of other places even though the quality of the massage is still very high. Zoë went above and beyond and helped me figure out what the heck was going on with my various postpartum issues (and referred me to other specialists when appropriate). She is clearly very knowledgeable about how the human body works. Highly recommend for any of the services I've gotten there (postpartum massage, "deeply relaxing" massage, medical massage).
