Mountain's Bounty Massage and Wellness

I received a fabulous 60 minute deep tissue sports massage and loved every minute. From the hot tea waiting for me when I arrived.. to the relaxing sauna before my session.. to the oranges with cinnamon treat after.. every bit of my visit was superb!

I’m absolutely hooked. From the moment I pull my car up to the parking spot my tension lessens because I know the relief will come soon and generously. Lila has magic hands that find and release the areas causing my pain and discomfort. I go once a month now, but as soon as I can afford to budget it more frequently I will do so as self-care is now a priority for me! Thank you so much Lila for all you do for your clients. You are truly amazing.

Seeing Lila once a week makes a huge difference in my flexibility, balance, and energy. She is able to address any muscle pulls or other physical issues quickly. I don't know what I would do without her. Lila attends to everything I bring to her. Great price for the knowledge and experience she brings to the table.

Lila has the magic touch! She is the BEST! She is very detail oriented, paying attention to every muscle and stroking it accordingly with intention. The space is beautiful & relaxing, starting with the sauna and moving to the heated table.
