Mediocre experience overall. I scheduled a 90-minute massage and specifically asked for work on my very tight back and shoulders. Unfortunately, the very new therapist spent the least amount of time on my back, which was disappointing since that was the main reason for my visit. She seemed very sweet, but did not take direction. I mentioned my back several times while she was sitting on the stool working on my legs. I also only received about 84 minutes of the 90-minute session. While six minutes may not seem like much, when you’re paying by the minute it matters. There's a clock on the table. I purchased a 30 minute facial and 60 minute Swedish massage on Black Friday (was a great deal!) and finally was able to schedule my appointment yesterday. I requested a silent appointment because as a wife and mom of 2 boys I just wanted quiet and not to have to think. 🤣 Both Britney (facial) and Kristen (massage) followed that. My face felt so refreshed and seemed to be glowing after the facial. The massage was so relaxing! I felt like a wet noodle after and I mean that in the best way! I will most definitely be scheduling again!

Girly, let me tell you… the bush was loud and proud. It’s winter, you know you’ve gotta stay warm. But I’ve got a cruise in one day, and I was not about to have a woolly mammoth peeking out of my bathing suit if you know what I mean. 😭 So I booked a Brazilian with Britney, and she absolutely saved my life. Not only did she handle the situation like a total pro, she gave my whole downstairs a facial literal Coochie mask!!! By the time she finished waxing, I swear I could practically see my reflection. She was fast, super nice, and somehow made the whole experience way less awkward than it should’ve been. If you’re nervous, don’t be. Britney’s got you covered in more ways than one
