Sara is great. Best massage I’ve ever had. Pressure was perfect in all the spots I needed, and in spots I didn’t know I needed. She is in tune and very knowledgeable. I’ve seen her a couple times now and will be going again. Can’t recommend her enough!

Sara was absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and thorough — my deep tissue massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. She really took the time to focus on the areas causing me the most pain and was able to alleviate my discomfort effectively. I also appreciated how she provided helpful feedback throughout the session, explaining which areas were tight and which were in good shape. Her communication and skill made the whole experience both relaxing and informative. I also opted for the CBD add-on, which was a fantastic choice — it really enhanced the overall results. I highly recommend Sara for any kind of bodywork and definitely suggest trying the CBD upgrade!

This is a cute and tranquil place that was very inviting along with the staff. My husband and I booked a couples massage, full body scrub, and calf massage. ALL service were amazing and felt great. Sara took great care of me as I entered into my 26th week of pregnancy and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They offered cucumber water and some snacks afterwards! Would highly recommend, and plan to return when we vacation to the area again. Thanks for the relaxing day!

I was looking for a very professional place to bring my business and Mountain Time Spa is an amazing business with an amazing staff! I started going in for my nails and monthly facials and I was introduced to a product line called Farmhouse Fresh, a very good product line and they use this product in-house, too! The location is very convenient and cozy and there's a lot of room to accommodate larger groups. I always get offered a cucumber water while getting a pedicure or after an hour long facial and it is so refreshing. I really enjoy including a routine appointment during my week here, and I have been having a blast learning about my own facial care routine and learning about the products I should be using, and the owner delivers a top-tier service to the community!
