I found Danielle’s business online and sent a message - within minutes she called me and spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, asking questions and explaining her work. I was so impressed and knew I wanted to give her a try. I’ve been dealing with chronic headaches and neck pain for years, and I was desperate for relief. I was blown away just after the first session. I’ve tried countless other therapies and medications, and this is the only thing that’s made a difference. I’ve seen Danielle a handful of times now and it is absolutely, 100% worth the 2 hour drive!! If I lived closer, I’d be seeing her multiple times a week. The relief I feel after our sessions is incredible. Not only that - Danielle is so passionate about her work, and so kind. I enjoy talking with her and getti

I am a huge believer in massage and get them monthly. I had an injury from a Thanksgiving Day hike and only got worse. I was in constant pain whether sitting, standing or lying down. Regular deep tissue massage did not help and the pain continued through December. I could not stand for more than 5 seconds without feeling pain in my right leg. I called Danielle in a panic as I had so much cooking and entertaining to do starting Xmas Eve - NY's. I saw her on 12.23 and I was feeling huge relief for Xmas Eve - the next day. By my 3rd visit early January the pain was gone completely. This massage therapy is absolutely legit. I would have never made it through the holidays without it and I am so incredibly grateful to have found Danielle. She is an absolute gem of a person with a f

I came to Danielle with a hip problem that'd been bothering me for 2 months and a shoulder with biceps tendonitis & minor rotator cuff injury that had been treated by PT without lasting improvement going back a year. After the first session, I could not believe how much freer & unrestricted my shoulder felt. I was impressed enough to do the 6 sessions over two weeks and I'm so glad I did. I don't know how myofascial release actually works, but it does. Almost two weeks after completing the 6 sessions, I still feel amazingly better. Highly recommend MFR and Danielle.

My session with Danielle was superb. I had right shoulder pain that was acting up while on vacation in Tahoe. Danielle provided relief in a very relaxing environment that was unlike any other form of treatment I’ve had. Highly Recommended!

Danielle's approach at Mountain Myofascial Release (MMR) is exceptional. She is incredibly intuitive, caring, and knowledgeable, which makes a world of difference when it comes to addressing tight muscles and chronic tension. From my personal training perspective, her ability to assess individual needs and apply the right techniques ensures a deeper, more effective release. This not only aids in recovery but also enhances overall performance and movement quality. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to improve their mobility and reduce injury risk.
