One day after a de-knotting massage with Stephany and I am still feeling wonderful! She was very professional and worked all my problem areas and incorporated range of motion as well. Will be booking with her again in the future.

I had my first massage here today with Janae (Prenatal massage), and it was great! She listened when I began to feel a little physically uncomfortable (not her fault, just 30 weeks pregnant) and accommodated me to immediately make me comfortable. She massaged every part of my body and I left feeling so relaxed and less tense. She was so kind and made me mentally feel comfortable as soon as I got there. Hoping to get back in to see her once more before I have my baby, but if not I will definitely be scheduling an appointment with her postpartum!

First and foremost, Janae is amazing!!! I have had a lot of massages and she has now set the bar. I would say her style is very therapeutic and healing. Not just someone rubbing you. She asks about troubled spots and then actually works on them. My shoulders are feeling great now after over a decade. The Cupping may seem like voodoo but it makes those troubled areas seem to heal and pulls out inflammation. The down side would have to be that you do need to plan when you want to see her. And when you book try and book several visits. She does use the app Vagaro to do here bookings and it is easy to set up. Can't speak about the others that are there but can't say enough good about Janae. Thank you Janae for fixing issues that others couldn't.
