Mountain Massage Therapy

I went to get a massage, and it was the best one I've had so far. She knew where my tight muscles were and went after them aggressively. My back feels so much better and I can stand up straight without pain after the massage. I do have sore muscles, but it is better than pain when standing or sitting. I highly recommend mountain massage while you're in cascade. She was great!

I have been seeing massage therapy for chronic pain and muscle strain for decades but since moving to Cascade, Idaho for work, I struggled to find a massage therapist close enough to town and that had the skills I needed to get a thorough massage. K.C. met all my expectations and more. She skillfully implements multiple modalities of massage techniques to work out specific problem areas. Among the many therapists I’ve worked with over the years, she is definitely among the very best. She tailors each session to fit my current needs and is so courteous and pleasant to interact with while having the massage. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

K. C. is a godsend! She is an amazing massage therapist. She is a pro at so many different modalities and knows intuitively where and what the body needs in the moment. She has be doing scar tissue work on me along with other modalities and I find more mobility than I've had in ages and a pain I've had in my back is almost completely gone. She's my Go To for body work.
