Great customer service by Jack, Tom, and Nathan! They go above and beyond when setting up hot tubs. I was very impressed during the entire process and the great care they took even though I bought a used hot tub! I would've thought I bought the most expensive luxury model with the amazing care they took setting it up and cleaning it out. On top of that their knowledge was so impressive I know I will be in good hands if I ever need to call Jack for help! Even the sales guy Jake was great to work with, super responsive and helpful with everything. I had a great experience with Mountain Hot Tub and will keep going to back to them because of it!

Courtney in the Helena office was terrific through the sale and planning for the delivery and installation. The crew managed to install the new spa despite a tricky location, and setup was efficient. I appreciated the follow-up contacts and customer service.

Jack at Mountain Hot Tubs provided us with an excellent repair service. He was very thorough to ensure that our problem was fixed and checked other parts to make sure we wouldn’t have an additional problems. He was great!

Came in to just take a look at a new tub, Courtney showed us around, Helped us pick one out. Got our financing squared away the same day. We had our tub within the month!!!! The installers showed up on time. Knew exactly what to do. Helped get me up to speed on how the chemicals work. We Use it every night. Love it!!!!

Tyler and Jack overcame several difficulties to install our sauna in our new residence.
