Mountain Fox Massage

Fantastic experience! I have always been a hardcore "I don't like massages" kind of gal. After having my doctor recommend massage due to my health condition, I thought I should bite the bullet & do it. Amber @ Mountain Fox was amazing. Her communication made me incredibly comfortable. She did research before my arrival about my particular health conditions, so that we could achieve the best outcome. It was great! I felt wonderful afterwards as well. Highly recommended, and I will be back!

This experience was incredibly relaxing, comforting, and calming. Amber is amazing and she really knows how to create a safe space. The massage helped calm my anxiety in the moment; Amber also shared some deep breathing techniques that I can apply to the rest of my day. I had the pleasure of getting a 45 minute, upper body massage but I’d definitely opt for the 90 minute full body next time. Regular visits to Amber would be fantastic for anyone, especially someone like me who is high anxiety and a high-impact athlete. I will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

Amber takes such care for her clients, from intake through the massage session. She provides such a luxurious and relaxing environment and is flexible to what you, the client needs. I had the most relaxing, wonderful massage today. I will be back and I recommend you try her as well!
