This past week I experienced a wonderful massage from Rye , owner of Mountain Arnica Massage. Upon arrival, Rye carefully listened to my concerns about pain in my body and what my goal was for our session. Rye's intuition along with their knowledge of human anatomy was spot on for what my body needed. Rye created a safe atmosphere for relaxation and healing. Their home-crafted Arnica Massage oil, is worth every penny as well as their salves and lip balm. I have already scheduled another massage with Rye and I am so looking forward to it. Thank you Rye!

Rye puts genuine care & attention into their work and is personable, skilled, and attentive in their massage therapy. I got a postpartum massage with Rye; at the time I was dealing with some back pain from co-sleeping with the baby and breastfeeding around the clock. Rye started by asking which areas of my back hurt the most and made sure to address those while also incorporating pressure that helped to reduce tension and promote relaxation at a high-stress time in my life.
