Mount Dora Nail & Spa

I’ve been coming here a while. The employees here are very nice. I always have a great experience, And leave feeling relaxed with beautiful nails. Usually, when I come, I bring my daughters and they always have great experiences as well. I was just here yesterday and it was my daughter‘s 10th birthday and she got her first set of acrylics. I don’t know the man’s name but the one who did my daughter‘s nails was especially gentle Kind and thorough. My daughter was a little nervous, but he made her feel at ease. She didn’t have a picture for the design she wanted, but he hand painted exactly what she described to him and just did an all-around excellent job. Also, we were walk-ins and they took us immediately.

Please don’t go here. I say this for multiple reasons. The young man started to paint my toenails without a base coat and I had to ask him to use it. My nails were cut uneven, he barely worked on my heels. Just brushed them a couple of times. I paid for an extra five minutes of massage but it definitely was not worth it. But the worst part was the quality of the toenail painting. There’s a gap before my cuticles and areas on the sides of my toes left unpainted. I feel he was in a hurry and just didn’t care.

Best nail salon in Mt Dora. Danny is awesome and the girl who did my last pedicure literally saved me from needing to see a podiatrist. I have on going ingrown nail issues due to an injury to my toenail. The girl looked at my toe and new exactly how to fix it. She spent probably 10 minutes on that one toe. I left with no pain whatsoever, she literally cured my nail issues. I never expected that and almost skipped the pedicure because of my nail problem. Danny is amazing manicurest and actually cares about his clients. Their prices are great! And if you are one of the people who left a bad review for this salon, there's noway you've been to the many poor quality salons in Mt Dora, because I've tried almost all of them and they all had their issues until I found this one.

I want to give a huge shout out to Tina she is the absolute sweetest! She always takes good care of me! Yesterday, I brought my grandma in from out of town to get her a mani pedi before she heads back home. It was definitely later than usual and she was so kind to fit her in. I really really appreciate that!!

I was a walk in with messed up nails from a salon i went to in the AM. Not only was i at this other place for almost 5 hours but the quality was very poor. I came here and i got a guy named Danny and he was phenomenal with what he was working with. He gave me some tips on how to fix my nails but also only took less than an hour and a half to do my nails AND toes. Not only this but he was very sweet. I highly recommend this place. The white nails posted are from the AM salon and the pink were from here and boy was I impressed with his work. Especially with taking into consideration of the health of my nails so i wasn’t overexposing my cuticles to more damage.
