Motion Massage

Motion Massage is hands-down the most skilled practice I’ve visited in VA. Taplin is a true expert, it’s rare to find someone who is a talented physical therapist with such a great amount of massage therapy experience. Whether you are dealing with chronic injuries or just need relief from back pain, he has you covered. I loved how he integrated active stretches into the session because it made a huge difference. I walked out with a relaxed mind and a body that felt brand new. He is a total professional who takes the time to learn exactly what your body needs. 10/10!

Juan has been my massage therapist for over 10 years, almost monthly. From my very first session with him I was hooked. His technique is a medley of massage, stretching, physical-therapy, pressure point activation magic! He has gone out of his way to help me with post-surgery exercises when I wasn’t getting what I needed from my health insurance covered physical therapists. Juan is THE best. I’ve seen Juan for massage services for over a decade. He is excellent. Truly the best. I have an autoimmune illness and chronic SI joint dysfunction.
