Mosaic Wig Boutique

Went here a year ago with my mom, she lost her hair from chemo. The lady behind the counter just pointed at the wigs. Did not help us at all, we left. My mom has since passed away. I have very thin hair and went in there today to look at some hairpieces. I figured I would give it a second chance Nope. A different woman was helping another customer. I would have waited for her to be available Instead, she told me she doesn’t have what I was looking for and I felt rushed out, without seeing what she did have. Not a friendly place- especially for women who have lost/ thinning hair, I am a breast cancer survivor.

The owner is very friendly and sweet! However, the boutique had a rather limited selection of very expensive, synthetic straight hair wigs which catered to the white demographic and lacked diverse curly hair styles. In desperation I purchased a wig against my best judgement and experienced buyer's remorse almost immediately after I purchased the wig which I felt was prohibitively priced. However, I was unable to return it even although I did not even take it out of the box and bag it came in. So, be absolutely sure that you want to purchase the wig because you will be unable to return it.

I took my mom to this wonderful place!! The ladies at the shop were phenomenal and patient with my mom. They treated my mom as if she were royalty! They were very attentive to her and every detail to make this a pleasant experience. The lady who helped with styling and care for the wig was extremely knowledgeable. Hands down, the absolute best customer service and pricing. When you go, expect to be pampered and allow time for that!!

Took the wife here after chemo took her hair. Very helpful, patient, kind and friendly lady took excellent care of the wife and helped her find the right wig for her.

My best friend and I went to Mosaics today to purchase a wig for me. We had the absolute best time with Lucy who was very patient and helpful with me. I bought a beautiful wig after trying several on and I’m absolutely in love with it! So thankful we went and will recommend Mosaics to everyone interested in wigs. She has a very nice selection and great prices!
