Morty's Hot Spot

We were away on vacation and stopped in for the kiddos to get a cut before the start to the school year. Nice guy, did a great job, fair priced, clean nice waiting room. Only negative was Morty was a Broncos fan and had it displayed.....we made sure to show our philly spirit with some EAGLES apparel lol. Hes a good sport though we made jokes and had a good time. Highly recommend, small town barber feel was really nice!

I was in Watkins Glen for a race (as a spectator - even though I have offered to drive) and needed an ‘emergency correction’ … wait time was cut short by talking to the locals (great all life topics)who seem to frequent this place for whatever reason 😜 - the owner fixed everything necessary and I tell you it is worth frequenting there. I would go every other week but I am in WG only once a year and will grow out my hair just to go back on a Friday or Saturday and become a regular. I stopped in because I have been away from home for a few weeks and needed a cut. Morty did a very good job and was great to talk to. It is apparent that he enjoys his work and appreciates his clients.

As a traveling man, I've seen the good, bad,and the ugly when it comes to barbershops. This one is by far one of the best. Great cut at a great price. I'll be back.
