I’ve been a few times for a manicure which they do well in my opinion. However, today it was a mani pedi. Starting off with the pedicure as she was doing my individual toes she took off too much of what I’d imagine a cuticle. Unfortunately, my right big toe its right side began to bleed and I’m not talking the corner or a little dot. We are talking the long side of the right side. Although, she did clean it twice and continue. But to add on, she not only worked in moments while talking and not looking at her work. She even would begin to work but due to a family member there she would start then stop something to talk. I just think it’s unprofessional if you are working, if you need to speak don’t be distracted. (Picture attached *Viewer discretion is advised but blood is dry)

$85 for a small acrylic French tip when my nail tech does XL nails for me with beautiful designs for 10 dollars more 🤔
