Morning Side Barber Shop

I came here 3 days ago for a haircut since my regular stylist wasn’t available and this shop was nearby. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst haircut I’ve ever received. I asked for a fade, but what I got was far from it. The sides were uneven, the blending was inconsistent, and no hair was taken down above the “fade” line. One side was shaped completely differently than the other, as you can see in the photos I’ve included. There was another group in the shop by the time I finished, so I didn’t say anything—I just paid and left. Speaking of payment: there are signs all over saying “cash only,” so I asked my friend if she had any. I started getting my hair cut here and absolutely love it. It totally rocks the socks off of the on base barber in the BX. Come here!!! It's cheaper and they do a much better job. The gentleman who owns the establishment and is super friendly, plus he lets you relax during the haircut and doesn't try to talk your ear off. I appreciate the service.

Been getting my haircuts here for a few years. Has always been a pleasant experience. The people are very nice and never disappoint. Consistent haircuts, good prices. Also rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes and usually I’m the next person when I go in. Highly recommend!

Great haircut! Reasonable price. I had a gentleman cut my hair. He did a great skin fade and made sure it was very even and smooth. There was a hot towel at the end that felt good and helped clean up the loose hairs.
