My Experience with Morgana: 1. Initial Interaction: - I searched for hair extensions and was referred to Morgana, who initially provided a cordial service and provided detailed information about prices. She gave me a small discount on maintenance costs at my request. 2. Change in Service: - After requesting the discount, your response capacity decreased. During my appointment, Morgana had not prepared the Correct hair type and didn't inform me about the need for advance payment. 3. Disappointment and Negligence: - The hair used did not meet my expectations and the service seemed rushed. Despite having paid the full amount and tipped, she later requested an additional amount due to a calculation error. Her attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional throughout the process. 4. Had my hair extensions done for the first time with Morgana Beauty and I am in love. There is absolutely no way to tell where my hair ends and the extension begin, and my hair was a lot shorter than the extensions! I have received so many compliments to my hair and I am incredibly happy with the results. Their work is flawless and they are wonderful to be around.

I have been using Morgana’s services for 4 years now, and I couldn’t be happier. She is hands down the best hairstylist I’ve ever had! I’m a very picky person when it comes to my hair, and she does an incredible job every time. She works magic with my extensions—no one can even tell I have them! The attention to detail and care she puts into her work is unmatched. Highly recommend!
