Morgan Ford Massage & Spa

This location charged me for a massage that I cancelled two weeks prior to the schedule appointment date. I called for a week straight to get a hold of management since front desk workers aren’t able to issue refunds. I also emailed Nicholas proof that we did not confirm an appointment that should have already been cancelled. He failed to reply to my email. Furthermore, I am filing a report with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) about this matter and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to warn others of their scam. Lastly, I am filing a dispute and reporting this fraud to our bank since Morganford Massage refuses to rectify the matter. REPLY: I did not mischaracterize this business. Heather was phenomenal. She massaged deeper or lighter at my request and talked me through the process, as this was my first real massage. She made me feel safe and calm, loosening knots I didn’t know I had. The music was soothing and the room was pleasantly warm. Would definitely request Heather again :)

This is a wonderful oasis in the middle of the Webster/Affton area! The staff is so kind and welcoming. The massage therapists are very professional, great at what they do and knowledgeable. I've gotten a hot stone massage and a facial and absolutely loved them both! Highly recommend!

We came from out of town, and my teen daughter needed a massage. I found Morgan Ford Massage online and had great reviews. Those reviews were true because my daughter was happy and relaxed after her massage! I'll go back again when I'm in town and need a massage. They have skincare products I'm interested in purchasing. I highly recommend Morgan Ford Massage because it's a quaint place and offers great service! My daughter got a Swedish massage!
