I love the professionalism Rebeca has for her clients. I went in for a lash lift and she made sure I not only had clear aftercare directions but if for some reason the lift wasn't to my satisfaction she would bring me back at no cost to her. I left happy. The next day she reached out to follow up on my lash lift and of course she was on target. I went back today and had my last lift redone and 'nailed it!" I will be going back as she is my last tech and will refer everyone I know! Thank you for the amazing care, attention to detail but the customer service made me a client for life. I've been a client of Rebeca's since February. The moment I stepped in for my 1st appointment, she was extremely professional and friendly. She made it a point to help me understand the difference between classic and hybrid lashes and even followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing. When I had a tire flat and couldn't make my appointment, she was very sympathetic and understanding about my situation and was able to squeeze me in another day. Rebecca is an eyelash artist! She really listens and cares about her clients needs. Her studio is incredibly clean and so relaxing, it’s like being at home. I had my lashes done years ago and they felt heavy on my eyes so I stopped getting them done. I have very sensitive eyes and thought I’d never have beautiful full lashes until my daughter in law recommended Rebecca. She posted a picture and I told my husband “this lady has such beautiful eyes!!” That lady was me and I didn’t even recognize myself. I actually look forward to my 2 hour “ME” time every 2 weeks.
