I saw Piya three days ago and I'm still feeling the benefits of her help. It's remarkable to find someone who is so compassionate and so knowledgeable - genuinely committed to helping people feel better by addressing root causes of issues. After almost a year of working long hours hunched over a computer, getting very little sleep, being chronically caffeinated and dehydrated with tons of ongoing stress I was (and still am) a bit of a mess, but I've seen REMARKABLE improvement in range of motion, energy and general circulation and I can now breathe deeper -helping me to move more oxygen. I don't even know where to start. I have so many positive things to say about Piya. I was skeptical about getting a traditional Thai massage, but she convinced me, and I'll never go back to anything else. I wish I could explain Piya's calming presence in words. The space for Moonchild Thai Spa is lovely. It is a small, quiet space with gentle music. The lights are dim, and the noise from the street is barely audible. The parking is easy once you figure it out! You must be able to walk up stairs to arrive there. The massage itself was the perfect balance of intensity and relaxation. Piya is so talented, with a gentle yet present energy. She reminds you to allow your body to naturally position itself during the massage and to breathe when needed.
