I called Moona Lashes to purchase a gift card for my mother that lives in Leland NC (I live in CT). I asked her if she would be able to mail the gift card to her and she stated she could do that. I asked what type of payment she accepted and she stated Apple Cash. I had never used that prior today and not only did she help me by giving me directions on how to pay with Apple Cash, as she did not want to have my card info, but she also hand delivered the gift card to the front door of my Mother’s house! Now that is exceptional service if you ask me! Ensuring the gift card is delivered to the correct hands! I just know my mother will have the best time getting her lashes!! Esmeralda is AMAZING! I have been a repeat customer for a while now. Her job with lash extensions is lovely. They become an addiction! Esmeralda makes you feel so comfortable, welcoming, & relaxing. Her knowledge of lashes is remarkable and I always get compliments on them! She has impeccable attention to detail! I wouldn’t trust anyone else working on my lashes! Esmeralda is an amazing, talented and knowledgeable technician. I would give more stars if they allowed me. She transformed my lashes but also my life. I have been loyally going to her for a couple years. She does an amazing job with my lashes, she explained the process (the sizes of the lashes based on my real ones) well and taught me how to keep them clean. Specially since I had a lot of people saying that they should not be washed. She advised me to wash them daily, gave me a small wand and bought a special oil free soap. I chose to get fill ins every two weeks because it was convenient and affordable. I have so much fun every time a laid on that table. I even took naps because it was very relaxing. She recently started doing facials and I highly suggest those also. I highly recommend

I was so nervous about finding a lash artist here in NC since I moved from Colorado, but Esmeralda was nothing short of amazing! My lashes are so full and fluffy. She is so well priced and such a sweetheart to top it all off. She even gave me some pointers of where to go in town since I am still new here, and made me feel so comfortable right off the bat. I will not go to anyone else here! Loved her and her work. 😍

I am thankful for Esmeralda! I couldn’t show my face with lashes done by her! I tell her what i want and i get it! She has been the most professional I’ve been too. I like full volume and she gave me that. I now hardly ever wear make-up because of my lashes! Thanks so much Moona Lashes for making me feel pretty!
