Lisa is a fantastic massage therapist! I've gone to her a few times already for a massage and I always feel so relaxed during and after. She is skilled at knowing what tools can help certain areas - whether that's just using hot towels to warm up my tight shoulders and back first or using cupping or gua sha if I'm wanting that. She is very kind and welcoming so it feels very easy to let her know any kind of adjustments or preferences I have during the treatment - although usually whatever she starts doing feels perfect and I can just completely zen out :)

Getting a massage from Lisa isn't just a special treat, your body needs this care & attention every now and then. She used some unique techniques to calm my mind and reset/balance my chakras. She really tunes into your needs. I walked home feeling calm and relaxed. I highly recommend her!

I was recently in a car accident in early Nov 2023. This made me wake up to pay attention to my body. I was looking for someone who can focus on the whole body and the whole person. Lisa made me feel comfortable and listened to why I was there and what was going on with me. She explained her method and made sure I understood her techniques. I felt welcomed, safe and super relaxed. She not only provided a massage, but cupping as well (which I am familiar with) to get deeper into the tissue. It was the first time since the accident that my muscles felt that relaxed. Prior to my appointment Lisa provided clear instructions on how to locate her place and she provide a very relaxing atmosphere. I would go back.
