I’ve experienced Ashley’s work on two occasions. Once in a yin yoga & sound bath class and the second time for a massage at her own studio. Both were incredibly soothing and memorable!! The massage I booked was for my neck and shoulders, ‘melt & unwind’, for an hour plus the sound therapy I added on. It was on and for my birthday - and was exactly what my body, mind, and spirit needed. She started with the sound therapy to help me settle into the moment and shake off any outside influences then moved into the massage itself. Ashley is a great massage practitioner. I have been attending her shared wellness events with Katy Gennaro and Pheo Powers on and off for probably 4 years now [time flies!] Recently, I was diagnosed with CPTSD. Although I have a healthcare background, I am someone who always believed in the integration of modern and somatic practices when it comes to healing.
