This is definitely the place to be in Lafayette for all your hair care needs!!! Everyone is so welcoming/friendly, and the vibes are great! Marlie has been doing my hair for years now, and I drive over 45 mins to see her since I know she will take care of me!! I recommend anyone to stop by and book an appointment with Marlie!!

I cannot express how insanely caring and sweet all of the people here are. I was recommended by a friend to book a haircut with AJ after my normal stylist moved states for an exciting new job. He did not disappoint. From the moment he walked in he was welcoming and excited to help me with a haircut after a year of not getting one. He even gave tips and tricks on how to style my hair and was incredibly encouraging of the goals that I have for my hair in the future. He talked to me through the whole process and explained what every product during the wash did and showed me how to style my hair with a roller brush and blow dryer, which was so helpful! I will definitely be coming back for my next touchup and can’t wait to see how my hair progresses.

10 out of 10- absolutely going again. Every stylist I met was very kind and open to talking. Everyone had a bright or bubbly attitude and seemed to really love working here! Big shout out to my stylist Stevi! Highly recommend if you're looking for a good colorist and yap session.

The best EVER. I’ve never not been acknowledged as soon as I walk in the door. These artists create such a warm, loving, and uplifting environment by just being themselves. Salon is always clean and decorated so well whether that be holidays or just a day to day basis. AJ is the DEFINITION of fabulous and glamor. Marlie has not only been the best hairstylist i’ve ever had, but also a friend. I look forward to every appointment and hour I get to spend surrounded by these beautiful people. My hair have never looked and felt better since i’ve been going to Mood. She knows how to treat and color my hair to a T. I’ve always walked out feeling so much better about myself and my hair. I recommend this salon to anyone and everyone from a simple cut, style, to color. They’re the absolute best!!!

AJ is phenomenal! I started seeing him around a year ago and he has not only become my lifetime stylist, but an amazing friend. He has such a fun and friendly personality that makes sitting in a chair for hours FLY by. He is a perfectionist and always takes his time to give me exactly what I’m wanting. My hair turns out gorgeous every time, it feels as healthy as ever, and the grow out between appointments is beautiful. The new salon is absolutely gorgeous, a perfectly intimate space. Everything seems meticulously thought out whether it’s for functionality, or to please the eye. It really showcases AJ’s personality and creativity. 🖤
