V is a godsent! Fast, efficient, and an absolute perfectionist. My daughter and I used to go there for years, and every time I return, the family greets me with a smile and still asks about her. And I end up with beautiful nails that last for weeks ❤️

Walked in for a pedicure and ended up with a painful cut that is still aching and bleeding. What shocked me even more was the attendant’s reaction—she simply pretended nothing happened, silently dabbing the blood with a tissue and spraying alcohol, without a single word of apology or acknowledgment. No concern, no explanation, and certainly no offer of a discount. This level of customer service is beyond comprehension.

This place is the worst of the worst!!!!!!!! I used to go to this salon mostly for a pedicure and only when my favorite one was fully booked. The pedicure was fine but when it comes to the manicure, I always end up having damaged nails or cuticles. This time was the last straw, I got my cuticles bleeding and hurting for a few days. I work as a hand model, so beautiful nails are crucial for my job. I will never go to this salon again and recommend it to others!
