I had a horrible experience with a lady named Lucy that works in this salon. I’d asked to make an appointment and got set for a 5:30 pm booking. She then tells me that at that time she will need to leave the shop and do my hair at her home, which was weird but I was in need of a hair correction as soon as possible. I showed up to her place and she had me waiting one hour for her to arrive which meant my hair wasn’t getting worked on until almost 7:00 pm, we then got started and the whole time I was seated she was being very aggressive and rude not to mention she had me blow dry my own hair and hand her foils and supplies the entire time, after my hair was washed and rinsed I had 6 different colors in my hair, brown light brown yellow orange blonde and white.
