I was disappointed in my experience here. It was my first time getting lash extensions and they were so thick and long it was overwhelming. They did not look like the examples that I had provided. I asked a few friends that have experience with lashes and they suggested asking her to make it right because they were so poorly done. When O asked if she would redo the lashes, we set a new time but she didn't show up to the appointment. She claimed she had shut down shop due to weather but had not notified me. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service.

My experience was amazing Tiny showed up on time she did A detailed neat job with my lash Extensions and made good conversation I’m definitely coming back to her establishment it was also very clean.
