Monroe MedSpa - Syracuse

I would like to take this time to share an amazing experience I had at Monroe Med Spa in Camillus location on 12/16/2025🥰 First of all I was chosen to be a model for fillers. When Rachel reached out to me I was overwhelmed and so excited with the awesome opportunity I was offered at their spa . Rachel is the first beautiful face you see when you walk through the door. She is always smiling , cheerful and has amazing personality. She also goes above and beyond to make you to feel comfortable. Then of course there’s Dieu, this beautiful, intelligent, professional young lady whom also made you feel so welcomed and comfortable for my new look, I was about to receive. She took the time to explain every procedure she was going to do and also was concerned about my worries on what I wanted done

Thank you for making my 1st visit so pleasant and comfortable as I wasn't sure what to expect. Rachel at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. She welcomes you with open arms and greets you with her smile. My appointment was with Dieu But who is also so kind, honest and professional. She explained everything is great detail giving her honest opinions treatment wise. She really took the time to listen to my aging concerns providing different treatment options to address my concerns. I could not be happier with my experience at Monroe Med Spa-Syracuse and the great staff they have. They go above and beyond.My experience was truly amazing. Thank you, Monroe Med Spa-Syracuse.

My experience at Monroe Spa today was exceptional! I was greeted by Rachel with a smile and nice conversation! Today I had a jet peel facial from Veronica! The facial was relaxing and my complexion glowed afterwards! Veronica was caring, kind and personable. She was very thorough in collecting my heath information. Veronica explained the jet peel process, step by step. Keep up the terrific job you all do! At Monroe Spa, the staff makes me feel more like family! Thank you!

I’ve utilized Monroe Medspa for two Hydrafacials and can’t recommend Veronica and MM enough. The facility is sparkling clean and comfortable. Most of all, you are treated based on YOUR needs. I haven’t felt pushed into any treatment or purchase, and both Veronica and Rachel are absolute delights who truly care.

Veronica did an amazing job. She’s warm, friendly, and made me look 10yrs younger. I was so happy with my service. I can’t wait to go back.
