After a traumatic and extremely unprofessional experience at another company, I did my research and found Monroe MedSpa and I’m so grateful I did. I went to the Hertel location in Buffalo and had such an incredible experience from start to finish. I had lip filler migration from improper placement and lack of proper guidance elsewhere so I was really nervous going in. From the moment Lindsay walked into the room for my consult, she immediately put me at ease and restored my confidence. She is not only incredibly kind, but also exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough. She corrected my migrated filler beautifully, and her Dysport technique gave me such a refreshed look with a subtle, natural lift. I always have a great experience with the staff at Monroe Buffalo. I have been seeing Lindsay for years for my injectables. She is someone I 100% trust, and refer her to everyone I know. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to injectables and skin treatments. She also has a background in allergy and emergency med, which to me is an added bonus of trust when it comes to medspa treatments. Also, Danielle is amazing at the front desk. Been seeing Chelsea for a few years now for tox and filler. This is the best my face has ever looked. She certainly has the eye for injections. I can tell her to do whatever she thinks looks good and it always turns out great. Dawn at the front desk is also a sweetheart and greets me with a smiling face every time. 10/10 recommend.
