Joseph is hands-down one of the best barbers I’ve ever been to. He pays attention to every detail, listens to exactly what you want, and delivers a consistent cut every time. The shop has a great vibe, but Joseph’s skill, and professionalism are what keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

For nearly 3 years I’ve had my hair cut by Joseph at Monarch every two weeks. After moving here and having the same barber for nearly 15 years it wasn’t easy to find a barber I trusted till I found Joseph and Monarch. I’m super particular about my hair and Joseph is my guy! He’s gone from being my barber to also a friend. Monarch is a family owned business and it’s been awesome to watch Joseph and his wife build this shop into an awesome salon. If your not getting your hair cut here by Joseph, his barbers or Brianna his wife then your cheating yourself.

Ashley was great! She gave me exactly the cut I wanted, listened to every detail of how I described it, and trimmed and reshaped my beard in a way I wouldn't have thought of myself, and it all looks awesome! Always feels great to walk away with a fresh, crisp new look.

I recently started going to Brenda for gel manicures and she is AMAZING! I have nerve damage in my hands that cause them to be extremely sensitive and I feel ZERO pain during my appointments. On top of that, her work is incredible. I've had gel manicures in the past and they have never lasted and have never felt durable like this. I was very nervous to find a new salon and nail tech but I'm so glad I found Brenda! (Photos are a new set, the day before my fill, and the new set.)

The barbers here will cut your hair so good your girl going to start thinking your cheating. No in all seriousness these barbers are great at what they do providing great hospitality and professionalism all while making you feel right at home. 5 stars easy
