I recently visited the Salon and had an amazing experience! The stylists were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. My stylist Alyssa listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Being a realtor I love having myself put together and feeling amazing which is the exact feeling I felt getting my hair done here. The salon itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable. I left with a fantastic haircut and color that I absolutely love. Highly recommend this place and Alyssa to anyone looking for top-notch hair services!

Jess is the best!! She gave me a beautiful partial highlight that is natural and seamless! She listened to all my concerns and gave great recommendations as to color and cut. Gave me exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations! I’m so happy thank you so much! Also the boutique is SUPER cute and the salon itself is beautiful :) will definitely return and bring my daughter! 💕

Be warned! This salon does not stand by their work. My daughter got highlights but were not done properly as they were very dark. She left the salon with darker hair than when she walked in. We called the salon to speak with a manager and the receptionist said that the manager can't help me because the chairs are rented to the stylist. I called the stylist, Alyssa, who said the best she could do was strip my daughter's hair color/toner to make it lighter. I said wanted a redo because her hair looks like it didn't have anything done to it. She said I would have to pay for more highlights but that she would offer me a 20% discount since it's been a week and a half. Monarch Beautique is such a great salon. Alyssa is the Best!! My hair was damaged from a prior salon and Alyssa as well as Kelly and other stylist have all done amazing work to bring my hair back to being healthy and growing! Definitely recommend!!!
