Monalisa Salon & Spa (Aveda)

I went there for roots touch up, the roots are not covered properly and some parts are not colored at all. I was expecting good service considering what owner is charging me, almost double than other salons. Now I need to get it fixed. I will not recommend her for hair coloring services. I also got eyebrow threading and waxing, which she did good.

Owner is a scammer. Doesn't honor the groupon price. I had to pay $300 over the $151 I paid in Groupon to get my Keratin with hair trim done. She complained about Groupon too, not sure why then she is marketing in Groupon. I do have long and thick hair, I was expecting to pay over $151 (groupon price) but did not expect $300. I ended up $300 after 15mins of negotiation from $350. I wanted to just cancel my groupon, cleverly she had redeemed my groupon on the date I called for appointment. Never give her your groupon number until you are 100% sure about the price and service you are going to get. She should have never redeemed the groupon until the day of my service. I was just locked with her because of that. She was not ready to do any other service like haircut/facial/nails for that $151

HORRIBLE PLACE! Definitely a scam! The hairstylist had NO clue how to hold the hairbrush and the blow dryer. She worked on my hair like some 6 year old would do. They charge you a bomb and compare their salon pricing with the other salon Buisness pricing while their service is 0. Please save yourself some bucks and do not go here. Hope it helps someone! 🙏🏼

Best salon I have been to. Their facial packages always give me relaxation-I highly recommend fruit facial. They assist with everything!
