Bad service, cut, color, experience. Who goes to a salon and find themself completely dissatisfied and can’t get a refund. They had no working water which is a joke! The color did not color the roots and you are sent home with the foils and left to wash it yourself. What type of salon does this and then says you are hideous and makes light of the fact that you are so unhappy about the cut, color and response as well. Never in my life have I heard of a stylist who does this and refuses to give a refund to a person who had the worst experience and is completely dissatisfied. Mona is terrible and offers no remorse. Worst experience and outcome ever!

Mona is such a sweet, lovely human being and hair stylist! I was able to use my Groupon offer and it was worth every penny. I came in prepared with photos of the cut and color I wanted. I absolutely love my highlights and the cut is exactly how I wanted it. She explained each step and was very realistic in terms of how my dark hair would look after lightening (trust the process!). Mona made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving on to the next step, convinced me to rock my natural curls and taught me how to style my curls at home for the best look. I rarely ever go to the salon or do anything drastic to my hair, but she took her time and made me feel really special, so I’ll definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!!

We just had a wonderful first visit! My daughter is in love with her cut and color! I'm thoroughly excited for my appointment in two weeks. So much time and attention to explaining the process and ensuring satisfaction. Highly recommend!
