Closed early and the employee saw me trying to get inside as she closing the store 20 minutes early. Edit: Store is lying in their reply. There was no dangerous situation and I knocked a few times. The door was locked as I went up to it. The worker looked at me, let the last customer out, and relocked the door. So she did close the store 20 minutes early for no reason and the customer that walked out even said it.

No good communication. I paid full price for a wig that had been on the mannequin due to them not having the color I wanted. I was told it would be discounted but it was not and they do not do exchanges on wigs. I am upset and would have picked something else or not gotten anything had I known and no one is willing to work with you.

I purchased an item from this store to take it home and realize that there were items from the product missing to assemble. I brought it back to the store and the associate was able to assemble the item. However I expressed to him that I no longer wanted the item and I wanted a store credit. (Although the receipt clearly stated that I could). He told me that I couldn’t get a store credit because the item was operable. And I would only be eligible for store credit if the item was inoperable. MOMUS WONT EVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME SPENDING A DIME THERE EVER AGAIN! Thanks!
