Thank you, Momentum Physical Therapy, for such a great experience! The recovery exercises were fast and effective, and the daily maintenance sessions really helped keep me on track. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable every visit. Highly recommend!

The people they have working here at Momentum are the greatest.. They helped me with my recovery from a shoulder surgery.. I have been to other therapy places , but this place out shines by far .. I never had a bad day while being at Momentum.. If you need physical therapy, then Momentum are the pros you need to see.. I would give ten stars if I could... Keep up the great work guys .

I liked my therapist Chad but I do wish the people up front or the billing center communicated better. I had instances where I had to keep calling back to receive updates or be able to update my appointments. The care quality when it comes to physical therapy and needling is good though. Some/most of their equipment is quite outdated compared to other PT practices I have received care at.

I was skeptical when first starting. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. And was able to determine my issue on the first visit and had me on a regimen that greatly improved an issue with my shoulder that the VA was not able to figure out.

Loved Chris & Kelsey they are the best physical therapist I’ve ever in my life had 💖🩷🤲At momentum in Culebra I went through 2knee surgeries Nov 26,& my mobility was so limited but with shots and the therapy I’m able to drive and walk better than ever .and was a bit painful but overall was a success.Almost less than a couple months I saw immediate recovery and results to be Mobil again with them working on my right knee and Shots in my knee from my orthopedic.Great place to go for physical therapy I recommend this place Great loving people who are huge blessing. Call this place if you need physical therapy .💖Recommend this place for you .they are so positive and uplifting and great support emotionally as well.&physically.👍👏🩷
