I worked with Jen for about three years and, up until recently, she truly nailed my hair every time. I trusted her completely, which is why this situation has been so disappointing and confusing. At my most recent appointments, the color outcome was very different from what we discussed. The roots were significantly darker than the rest of my hair, the blonde did not blend well, and there were noticeable patchy/splotchy areas that toning did not resolve. I communicated my concerns clearly and respectfully, sent photos, and gave it time to settle before reaching out. Jen initially acknowledged the issue and attempted to fix it, which I appreciated. Had an appointment yesterday with Robin for my brows and a trim for my long curly (3B/C) hair, I came in early and she got me in and out in about 30-40 minutes for everything, not only the fastest haircut I've ever had, but with brows too? Great work. She did exactly as I hoped and I'm always scared about screwing up my hair. She was so kind and caring, even wiping away the tears from waxing, which she did as gently has humanly possible. I'm so happy with my results, will be going back in the future.

What a great decision trying this salon. Robin is fantastic. Experienced and knowledgable esp w coloring and curly hair. Prices more than fair. Cool little shop.

I have gone to Molly‘s twice now, the first time the haircut wasn’t so bad 50-50. But the second time I had such an uneven haircut it is actually crazy. my bangs are completely uneven and the things I asked for my hair where almost completely ignored. Don’t get me wrong the staff are amazing people but i honestly can not say I will be going back any time soon.

Robin rocks!!! 6 weeks ago she gave me the BEST spiral perm I have ever had..... I'm 71 yrs old. Today I had her trim it up and it bounced back great. I HIGHLY recommend her! 🫶🫶🫶
