This place is a joke. It's almost like going into the hood. First time there I went in and some young kid cut my hair for like 4 minutes. I left with my hair looking A terrible mess didn't wanna complain because the people that work there and there students The atmosphere seemed aggressive kind of feeling about them, When I came in, I was wearing a mma Track suit and the lady at the Counter..Question me About my tracksuit and said , we don't want any fighting here So I got my crummy little $6 haircut and Left. without a fuss.

Today I felt very bad . I used to go every time to this place I never felt regret like As I felt today. I showed him a picture and Asked to do like this . He replied ur hair doesn’t look like that And Told to cut hair a bit lower to take scale 4 from top . He took from bottom and finished haircut in 5 min and messed up my hair . He didn’t even say sorry for his mistake. Earlier The students were So Good

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service at Moler Barber School in Columbia Heights location. The staff appeared inexperienced, resulting in a poor haircut. The lack of customer service further compounded the negative experience. I cannot recommend your barber shop based on this visit.

Just returned from getting my hair cut and I felt like I should commend them on the job they are doing. I started going here about 2 years ago, up until then I didn't really have a certain style or care how my haircuts turned out. I now have a certain cut that I get and they always do a fantastic job. Kudos to Jeff and Rich (the instructors) your students are doing great. Good prices and friendly astmosphere too!

My sons age 10 and 6 got the best hair cuts they’ve ever had here. Professional staff. Asked us (the parents how we want it cut), not afraid to ask questions during. They take pride in their work. My husband and I were very pleased and the 10 year old said it was his favorite cut ever and hoped to return. Thanks!
