Best phone service! My phone went out back in October. For two months I have been trying to get it back working. I went to the phone servicer, the Geek Squad at Best Buy and even went to the Apple Store to have my phone looked at and fixed. Literally, NO ONE nor NO PLACE could fix it. I happened to be in Moe’s Beauty Supply and saw a sign were they fixed phones. I told him the issues that I was having with my phone. At this point I had lost hope in the phone and I told him that it probably was no use to even try to fix in it. He insisted that he at least tried. I GUARANTEE YOU, IT TOOK MOE ALL OF 10 MINUTES TO GET THE PHONE ON! This is the same phone that had not come on in two months. This is the same phone that Apple, the Servicer Company, and Best Buy looked at and could not even get to

I went in on my lunch break to purchase a wig today. I didn't get in assistance even after I went to the counter to ask for a cap to try on a wig. You would think if I asked for a cap that I might be making a purchase. No one helped or asked if I needed help. I'll continue to shop with Kim's fashion for my hair care needs. At least they say hi when you walk in the door.

Nice store. They're friendly and helpful. The prices are good on beauty products. I don't know about the hair.
