I don’t normally like to come on here to complain and impact someone else’s business but I did try to go through the hairstylist personally but it was still unresolved, and I want to prevent others from making the same mistake. I came to Irene to get a balayage blend to my hair. She and I confirmed day before what I wanted to get done. Day of I ended up with yellow blonde streaky unblended highlights rather than a chocolate caramel color I asked for. Before I left the salon I did mention how uncertain I felt about my hair but her and another stylist encouraged me to sit with it for a minute before coming to a final decision about it. I love the vibe at Modish. I’ve been going to Mayra for 12+ years and love the detail she puts into styling, cutting and coloring my hair. She always gives me advice on color trends and tones that work best for me. 10/10 the absolute best hairstylist in Ventura county ✨

I love this salon! The atmosphere is very inviting and so are the stylists. Thanks to Mayra I always leave there feeling beautiful . 💁🏼‍♀️
