I had an amazing Botox appointment with injector Melanie and her assistant Brittany!! They made me feel so comfortable and went above and beyond talking me through the procedure and what would suit me best. It was not painful at all, and I’m very excited to see the results. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming too!!

I would like to share my wonderful experience, at this medical spa. I have been coming here for about a year now. I get a couple of services done. I get my Botox there. The girls are always sweet to me. I am made to feel special when I'm there. I highly recommend them.

What an amazing place! You can take care of all your skincare needs right here! I was chosen to be a model and was amazed by the staff and educators! I was greeted by the friendly front desk crew. Everything was explained in detail to me and the staff made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel any pain. The staff made sure I knew my aftercare routine and if I had any questions or concerns, to call at anytime. I received a call the next day to see how I was doing. I recently came here for my usual Botox appointment. I waited to be checked in as one of the girls was on a phone call. There was an older lady also sitting at the front and she didn't even notice me walk in. Or maybe she did. She eventually looked up and greeted me with "Can I help you?" No smile, no good afternoon. I felt as if I was bothering her having to check me in since the other girl was busy next to her. I own a business myself and this looks extremely unprofessional! Scalp spa treatment- my first scalp treatment ever was with Candace and it was amazing! I'm officially hooked. Candace did an great job of educating me on scalp care. I got to see my scalp magnified and was surprised at how much of a difference there was before and after treatment. My scalp looked and felt so much better after. If you've never treated to yourself to a scalp spa it is a must! Adding this to my routine self care treatments!! Thank you Candace for the wonderful experience and treatment, it was so relaxing!
