I am never one to write reviews but I had to about this place. The customer service was terrible. I found the staff, in particular the woman I had, to be rude and unwelcoming. When asking her to add the sugar scrub on my legs she tried to tell me she did already and reluctantly did it again while making a huge fuss and acting super unprofessionally. Let alone paying 99 dollars without tip for my dip nails and pedicure to last ONE WEEK. I get marco is a vacation town with prices but lasting one week for dip is not normal. Save your money. I do not recommend!

First time doing gel nails here and really satisfied! Nails have beautiful, standard color, last a long time without peeling. The staff is very meticulous, gentle and cute. Will come back many times!

My wife, daughter and myself sat together for three pedicures today and after my daughter had a manicure. We had made an appointment and asked in advance prices. The prices they charged me was $40 dollars more than quoted over the phone. I called back once I realized that I was overcharged and they made up an excuse why they charged more. This is my fault that I should have questioned them when paying however don’t take your customers to be fools and accept inflated made up prices. I would highly suggest customers to bypass this salon !

These are the best nails I have ever had! The staff was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend Lisa she did an amazing job the shape, nail art, and color were all done wonderfully 10/10.

1 star only because I know the tech tried her best. She did not rush, but unfortunately did a poor job. I gave her a $10 tip for effort, however I did have to go to another nail place to have them redone. I spent $75 plus $10 tip plus $60 to get them fixed. I have attached pictures of the inspo picture that I showed the tech and said she could achieve. Also, a picture of what they looked like after getting them redone elsewhere. It was so bad I was embarrassed to tell her I didn’t like them, so bad I was willing to spend the extra money to get them right. Upsetting to have spent all afternoon and evening getting my nails done.
