I went to the salon for the first time today. I was a walk in and the entire staff treated me like I was their best customer ever. I have been asking salons to do a specific style of nails from the 1940s. I'm serious I saw this style on CSI like original airing (circa early 00s)everyone has said no until today. My daughter and I came here on a Monday afternoon. The place was busy and only had three techs working. My daughter wanted a full set. I think because she’s a young girl and maybe cause they were busy they rushed when they did her nails leaving her with the worst set I’ve ever seen. Thick clumpy nails with a bunch of glue and other residue left on the underside of her nails. We had to cut her nails off as soon as we got home. I got a pedicure and it’s not great but doesn’t look half as bad as my daughters nails did. So we just threw $100 away for nothing. I would just caution anyone from going here. You’ll be disappointed unfortunately.

I went into this place for a fill and cut down. The lady that sits right in the front first table on the right came in and asked me if I wanted a new set for only $40. (she does the main communication)I mentioned I didn’t have time for a new set ..she repeat herself again saying that it’s only $40 finally, I agreed.. This process requires taking off my old set(that was only 3 weeks old)when she finally got started on the new set she asked me what length and I told her the same length that I gave before . At this point she tried to throw $20 extra dollars on the $40. I was so frustrated. I told her I don’t even want nails. I was OK until she had the nerve to charge me $10 for taking off my nails.
