Modern Nails

I have to say I was really disappointed with how ny daughter was treated today. I have used this salon for many years, but when I picked up my 16 year old today and she was in tears because of how the staff talked to her over what color she asked for. She showed the technician the picture of how she wanted her nails, and it was no issue until my daughter explained to them she did not want white tips. The staff told her the picture was white tips and she proceeded to tell them she did not want white. She came out with white tips and she said she finally just let them do it because they made her cry with how they were talking to her. Not to mention I can tell the nail job was a rush job. Her nails look awful. Never again

Pure garbage. Got my nails done Tuesday, gel polish white tips coming on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. A waste of my hard earned money. Sat in seat 10 with the old man. Terribly done

Im very disappointed. I gave them a second chance, but honestly, I will never come back. I paid $70 for a premium pedicure, acrylic in toe nails, and gel. The older lady did. She was very gentle but I was pretty sure she didn't know how to do it. I went the next day to ask to fix it because I was disappointed with the work done. The owner sent her again to redo it. She was still doing wrong. Another lady came and finished it, but I was still unsatisfied because I told this other lady, "Is the acrylic she puts wrong, and she was trying to fix it, just polished. She also brought an electric machine to fix my foot heels because she saw the bad work done. And by the way, thanks to AI, I heard all that you guys said because I recorded it. I’ve been a long time customer of modern nails. I will NOT return. I was treated very rudely, belittled, and called ghetto by the man that sits at table one whom they call Lee. I came in to get my polish fixed. I had just been there three days prior received a full pedicure and a fill-in and my gel polish had already peeled on three nails. I calmly walked in. There were no customers and because I’m a regular I wasn’t upset. I just let them know. Hey, I need you to fix my nail. Lee instantly became enraged loudly talking to me pacing back And forth making me feel very uncomfortable. He was yelling, and every staff member in there was laughing. This has been my go to salon for over 5 years now. And they NEVER disappoint. Such a nice friendly atmosphere. They're attention to detail is impeccable and I refuse to go anywhere else. LOVE LOVE LOVE Modern Nails.
