Modern Nails

This is my second time coming here to get my nails done and my daughter’s first time. She got gel manicure and I chose dip powder. It was a great experience. We were not disappointed at all. They get you right in and that’s what I love. Thank you, we will be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love this nail salon! It’s always clean, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment I walk in. May is amazing…she’s friendly, talented, and always pays close attention to detail. She even did special Taylor Swift–themed nails for me that were completely customized and turned out beyond perfect! I always leave feeling pampered and happy. Highly recommend May and the whole team here! 💅✨

As much as the nails did come out good, I was left with a horrible cut (chunk) out of my right thumb. He was rushing to cut my nails and literally took a chunk out of my finger , and just glued on the paper towel to the cut. I’m not impressed at all. Once I was done with the service , the older front desk lady demanded a tip after I paid already.! I told her no because of her employer taking a chunk out of my thumb .. very unprofessional. Not pleased at all .

I’ve been here for about 6 times and Willam is terrible he treated me so badly was telling my friend that I was difficult bc there was so many thing wrong with my set and I asked him to fix a few things and it was like pulling teeth I do absolutely not like how that man treats me or does nails my nails are ok but definitely not grate at all I will be asking for Lisa next time Willam you will never touch my hands again the way you spoke to me and would huff and puff about me asking to fix your mistakes!!!!!!! IM PAYING YOU FOR A SERVICE HAVE RESPECT FOR YOUR CLIENTS the way I was treated tn was absolutely outrageous and disgusting please get rid of that guy bc my nails aren’t even that grate either I am not happy what so ever he also started yelling at his coworkers bc he grabbed a Matt top

I had a girls day and wanted my nails done. It's been so long since I have been to the Arnot Mall but they had a great nail place i had a picture of what I wanted. The design ended up a little different just because my nails aren't that big. But everyone who did my nails were amazing.
